Chanel Nails!

Hello ladies! Long time no see. I’ve been in a winter depression for a while, you know: not feeling like doing anything other than watching TV for hours etc. Do you know the feeling? Luckily it is almost spring time!

Anyway, last Wednesday I had surgery because I needed to get both wisdom teeth on the left side pulled out. The upper one was not a problem but the lower one was horizontal and was completely attached to the jaw. So I had to get an anesthetic. Fortunately I did, because the surgery was quite violent.  The scariest part was the injection to get the infusion, my hand is still purple! Afterwards I was in a lot of pain, they even gave me a pain killer that included morphine and I still experienced a lot of pain. Luckily I got a package on Thursday that cheered me up: Fab ur Nails image plates!

I don’t know whether you have heard about these plates before but let me tell you, they are AMAZING. I got the OB and QA set, together 21 pieces for about €35,- including shipping costs from the Philippines. The reason I got these was one image on QA1: CHANEL LOGO. That’s right, a perfect Chanel logo. Now I absolutely love Chanel, I love the sophisticated style and the luxury, and now I can have my nails match my Chanel bag :D. But the set includes many more amazing designs! Many very detailed, Asian style flowers, all over patterns like stars and hearts, Spongebob, Winnie the pooh, Transformers, Hello Kitty and many, many others! These are a definite must-have for any nail art lover! You can get these plates at the Fab ur Nails webshop.

Now to the fun part: the manicure I made! I wanted to keep the manicure simple yet sophisticated, exactly what the brand stands for. So I started off by painting my nails with Kleancolor – Black. Then I used China Glaze – 2030 and stamped the chanel logo from QA1 on my middle finger. I stamped the chain design from BM12 diagonally on the rest of my nails and finished off with a nice coat of Seche Vite. I absolutely love this! After it started to chip after 4 days, I actually re-applied it because I just couldn’t get enough of it.
